Rockwell Elite window wells are designed for taller partially or fully below-grade basement windows. The size of this Rockwell Elite home basement egress window is 66 in. wide and 84 in. tall with a 44-in. projection. The pre-assembled window well weighs 135 lbs. - lighter in weight than comparable steel window wells.
This window well has built-in emergency exit steps, with steps positioned16 in. on center. The design and construction prevents leaking and lets in more light. The egress window well is engineered to resist water, frost and other precipitation. The open space design lets in natural light, brightening dark basement spaces. This UV-protected basement window well is resistant to high temperature extremes, and won't rust or rot. A 10-year limited warranty is included.
